1. Service Description

KnowMyCRM provides CRM and ERP selection support and implementation partner introductions. Our services include:

• The Fit Wizard — an interactive assessment that produces a shortlist of recommended CRM or ERP platforms
• Comparison pages for CRM and ERP vendors
• Partner introductions — connecting you with certified implementation partners
• Advisory consultations booked through our scheduling form
• Resources including checklists, guides, and industry-specific content

We do not sell CRM or ERP software and we do not provide implementation services directly. Any commercial relationship is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment to provide services.

2. Acceptable Use

The Site is provided for general information about KnowMyCRM and to allow business buyers to enquire about our services. You may use it for that purpose only. You may not:

• Access or attempt to access any part of the Site by automated means other than well-behaved search-engine crawlers respecting our robots.txt
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or test the integrity, security, or availability of the Site
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or data structures from the Site
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications, malicious code, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the Site, except as expressly permitted under “Intellectual Property” below

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

3. Forms and Enquiries

When you submit a form on the Site (Fit Wizard, Book a Call, Checklist Download), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of any organisation you represent. We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

A submission is not a contract. No commercial relationship is formed until a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, layout, design, graphics, logos, illustrations, source code — is owned by or licensed to Niponx Technology S.R.L. and is protected by Romanian and international copyright, trademark, and database-right laws. The “KnowMyCRM” name and logo are trademarks of Niponx Technology S.R.L.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. References to these trademarks are descriptive only and do not imply any endorsement, partnership, or certification by the trademark owners except where expressly stated.

You may view, download a single copy, and print pages of the Site for your own non-commercial business reference. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or use in derivative works — requires our prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Following an external link is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian and EU law, Niponx makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the Site or its content, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

Our recommendations are based on the information you provide and our analysis. They are provided for general guidance only. They are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on them as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. We make no warranties about the suitability of any CRM, ERP, or implementation partner for your specific needs.

7. Client Responsibility

Final tool selection and partner contracting remain your responsibility. You should:

• Conduct your own due diligence
• Verify partner credentials and references
• Review contracts with legal counsel
• Test software thoroughly before committing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Niponx and its administrators, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if Niponx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, Niponx's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site is limited to one hundred euros (€100).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.

9. Personal Data

Our processing of personal data in connection with the Site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for a reasonable period before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The Romanian courts of București have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with the Site or these terms, save for any mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law that grant exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere (which do not apply to B2B users).
